By using EarnPerWork, you agree to complete tasks honestly and maintain a single account. Multiple accounts or fraudulent activity will result in an immediate permanent ban.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EarnPerWork ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using this Service and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Account & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must not create more than one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

We offer payments via UPI and Bank Transfer for users in India.

  • All earnings are tracked in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Minimum withdrawal limits apply as stated on the withdrawal page.
  • Payments are processed within 24-48 hours of request.
  • You are responsible for providing correct payment details (UPI ID/Bank Account).

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Using VPNs or proxies to mask your location.
  • Creating multiple accounts to farm referrals or bonuses.
  • Submitting fake or spam proofs for tasks.
  • Harassing other users or support staff.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
